“Terrible Hotel...stay somewhere else.”

Literally the only good thing I can think of is that it is extremely close to a Starbucks and very good shopping. The check-in was quick but that is where the good things end. The room was dirty and smelled badly. The bathroom was dirty as well with weak water pressure. The phone in the room didn't work so we were not able to receive a wake up call. I called the front desk (from my cell phone) and they assured me they would have someone come and take a look at it the following day (most likely after we had already checked out). The TV listing was outdated and so I called the front desk again and asked if the channel listing was accurate again they assured me it was, told me to turn to the channel and when I told them that didn't work they replied with "well, I guess we don't get that channel". The beds were not comfortable and didn't have any actual comforter or blanket so it was awkward to sleep. We went around the corner to find the ice machine and it was not working. Overall, the stay was so terrible that we didn't even want to see what the breakfast options would look like so we left as soon as we could.
