“Not so silent night but really nice rooms and service!”

We dropped in spontaneously to visit family during the holidays and found this hotel online while driving the 12 hours to our destination. We were a bit nervous about the stay before we arrived because we were unable to get pictures on the mobile device we used to book the reservation. We were very pleased with the facility and the service when we did finally arrive! The price was great and with the Sam's Club discount we received when the reservations agent inquired helped us not break the bank during our surprise Christmas trip! I will say we encountered a few minor negatives during our stay, one was the sound quality of the room. I could hear the entire conversation of the people in the neighboring room but could tell they were not shouting. They seemed to be speaking in a normal tone of voice and though I couldn't make out what they said word for word it was enough to prevent me from falling asleep for a little while. A little more wall insulation would help. Also I don't know what your policy is on the priority of assigning rooms but the hotel seemed to be pretty empty during our 2 night stay and our room assignment was at the very far back of the property. I would have liked a room a little closer to the middle of the property where we were away from the traffic but not at the very back of the building but this was not a problem per se just a personal preference. Overall this hotel experience was excellent. I enjoyed my stay and if I return to this area would not hesitate to stay here again.
