“Second Worst Ever”

  , Glenburn
The only thing positive about this stay was the ladies at the front desk. The rest was a disaster. This motel sits right on the interstate and is very loud. The heatingcooling system is such that you can't use the fan to mask the noise as it cycles on and off according to the temperature. So, you either roast by using the heat, or freeze using the fan. The bed was a king size, but the blanket was not. It was big enough to sit on top of the bed, but not anywhere near big enough to tuck in. It was also too short. When I pulled back the spread, there was a large circular stain on the blanket about twice the size of a basketball on the blanket. It had been washed, but the stain was very apparent. The bath room floor molding had rotted off, so that there was a large hole in the wall where it had at one time been connected (scary to think what could be scampering through there at night). Everything was very grimy, and a Clorox wipe was needed to make anything touchable. The hair dryer was discolored until cleaned. Old, dirty, noisy, not properly maintained nor fitted.
