Thank you for your such detail review at recent stay with us. I am On the other hand, I am terribly sorry that the issues you mentioned about snow removal and hot water. As you know, at that time there was huge snow storm in northern alberta. Unfortunately, all the snow removal service in GP were all reserved. And during that time we were upgrading water supply in order to give guest better service. I am so sorry about that. Your feedback is truly appreciated for it is one of the most important tools that allow us to improve the quality of our products and services.
