Were do I start? The beds were advertised as queens but were most certainly full. There were roaches ans grasshoppers dead in the bathroom of our 1st room as well as in the hot tub. We just got one sarcastic response after the next from the staff, including much unneeded comments from the maid (Laura)while I was speaking to the manager(Amy), Who had no control over here staff. They had no more rooms on the 1st floor because they were getting a new roof. So we had to descide between bugs or roofers. We were met with disrespect and rudeness every step of the way. Neutalla even said "thats why you shouldn't book online. You should just call us instead" when we explained the difficulty with booking online. We even had the lady at the customer service line tell us we should have stayed in another hotel. As someone who has been in the customer service industry for over 8 years it is appalling that a company can function like this. There is so much more but I am tired of typing and frankly its not worth my time seeing as I will never be staying at another days inn for the rest of my life. Oh yeah there was mold in the bathroom
