“Awful”

This place was horrible. We had trouble finding it because it had no obvious Days Inn sign. The room had automated sensor lighting connected to squealing bathroom fan. Sensor malfunctioned and squealing fan came on randomly in middle of night waking us up. Hair dryer was broken and not operable. Shower-head came apart when I tried to adjust shower water flow. The chair in the room was dirty and stained.Kept hearing unexplained mechanical bangs and creaks from ajoining rooms. Was not generated by other guests as there were few of them in the motel that evening.Poor selection on in-room TV with a preference for Asian TV channels.... I don't know why. Woke up to huge roaring transport truck outside backing up through main parking lot with its sensor beeping.I don't know corporately what Days Inn corporate standards are but I can tell you this location was not up to them this night. If I was a Days Inn property inspector I'd be out to that location in a shot to get the place up to some sort of standard.Need less to say we didn't stick around for breakfast. We left and put this bad experience behind us. This was the worst place we stayed (and our only negative experience) on our 10 day excursion up the California coast. My advice is to avoid this place.
