“The front desk people need to plan smoke breaks, so that at...”; Mar 01, 2013 Clint H, Vernon; The front desk people need to plan smoke breaks, so that at least one individual is still manning the front desk. Several times we noticed people looking for help or the phone going unanswered while both front desk people were outside smoking. Also, this was probably the poorest breakfast choices we have ever seen at a Wyndham facility. In our case, when we had a problem with our upstairs patron, the front desk people were right there offering to help in any way they could.The end result was we moved from a very nice room to another room which was adequate-our choice for peace and quiet.
