“College Move Out”

I was having trouble booking online so I called to book the room. The online times I was trying it just kept getting stuck on "loading" and I didn't realize that it was booking a room for me each time. It booked 8 rooms for me. I didn't think to call when I saw it on my work email. When I got to Flagstaff to check in, they said if they didn't sell off the rooms, that I would have to pay for them. I talked to a manager, who was not helpful at all. I had to worry all night long whether my rooms were being sold. I guess all but two sold, which they did end up discarding for me and offered me a 10% discount next time I stay. To me that is unacceptable. The mgr said it wasn't the hotels fault, well it wasn't my fault either. I thought it was horrible customer service. I couldn't enjoy anything that evening having to worry if my debit card was going to be charged $600.00. Very horrible experience.
