We are sorry that you had this irritating incident when our shower did not work properly.Please note there are two maintenance persons working all times to fix such problems as soon as they arise or soon after customer leaves.We are getting repairs done to avoid loss of service or comfort.We do lot of preventive maintenance and still occasionally repairs arise while customer is in.We appreciate your review that gives us incentive to be more focused in serving you, our valued customer. « hide

This customer made booking thru some website that displays rates in bold but does not give any option about number of beds.The web site expects the customer to specifically ask for two rooms or you are alloted one bed.In this case two guys were given one king bed.Upgrade to two beds was costing them few extra dollars which they declined to pay.They chose to stay on one king bed.It may be stated that all our matresses, full or king, are new and comfortable to sleep as verified by other reviewers.Because these men were not given free upgrade they have stated incorrect mean words in these cyberspace where you hit and run and there are no cops.Readers are welcome to come by and verify the truthfullness of our statements.Thanks for reading this and we hope you will come and stay with us next time you need motel room in our Sunny Phoenix AZ.We promise your happiness in choosing us and your dollars will last longer. « hide

We thank you for the positives you noted in your review that the beds are comfy and you slept well the primary reason for your staying in a motel room. Our rooms are exterior corridor and the walkways are open to the sun, wind and dust that flies here inthis desert country.We have no Hallways.Our walkways are washed once a week with that expensive city water.The carpets are new in rooms and whenever we have customers who do not take care like they would do at their own home, we get dirt marks.These stains are taken care of by our in house maintenance men.We are sorry that carpert stains in your room were not taken care of beforehand.At two star prices it is tough to balance these things from cost point of view but we promise to do better.In these days of Green movement we try not to issue two keys unless it seen as needed, like when we have two workers in a room.But we have now changed our practice and make two keys to avoid the miff.The breakfast person has also been told to replenish items as soon as they run low.We are making every effort to please our customers by meeting their needs in as much cost effective way as possible so our room rates do not have to go too high.Please do give us chance again and also let us know how we have done, whether at check out or in these spaces.Thanks. « hide
