“Bad customer service and experience all together”

I was taken back by the Unprofessional and rude attitude of the Lady at the time of check in. I almost cancelled my reservation and walked out. There we two people in front of me and the Lady was rude and not friendly at all. She actually raised her voice to the gentleman in front of me and told him it would take her at least 20 mins to process his reservations he had made on line. He was very patient and more polite then I would have been because he told her he was in for his daughters wedding and need to clean up and change. He told her he had to be there in about one hour. She could of cared less, then told him he could wait, and then proceeded to help other customers who were behind him. In the morning when I checked out I explained what had happened to a different person and told him that I work in Law Enforcement and I deal with attitudes every day but didn't expect to deal with them when checking into their Hotel with my family. I have stayed in a number of Hotels and this was a bad experience I will write off.The room was suppose to be a non-smoking room but smelled of cigarettes. None of the staff were outgoing or even attempted to talk with the customers. I will not stay or recommend this Hotel to anyone I know. If you are reading this review and decide to stay at this Hotel, I hope you have a better experience.
