“Best bed I have ever slept in!”

  , New Britain
I stayed in this Days Inn for a 1-day visit to ASU. I've stayed in many Days Inns and a lot of cheaper hotels - this was definitely not the best value I've ever gotten, but it was fine for two nights on business. Definitely not the cleanest room and the refrigerator made a weird noise that woke me up. Pros: the airport shuttle was excellent! Easy to use, reliable. Staff was very warm and helpful. The hotel was directly across the street from a LightRail stop, good for visiting ASU. But the BEST thing about this hotel was the bed!! I have stayed in a LOT of hotels, and I've only ever encountered a bed & pillows this soft and comfy at far more upscale, expensive hotels. To me, the bed made up for the less than sparkling bathroom and the weird fridge noise. Just a word of caution: this was my first time staying in a hotel alone and had I known that it was a motel-style place where your door leads outside, rather than entering through a hotel hallway, I would not have stayed here. That being said, I definitely did not feel this hotel was unsafe...it just wasn't the ideal situation for a young woman staying alone.
