“some inconvinces”; Dec 27, 2012 Lorena G, San Diego; the Hotel although overall fine did give us a few issues. The first night we arrived our keys did not work, in two rooms the hotel offered. Finally the front desk rep came to help and had an issue too. We finally got the keys to work, but no wait the next night same thing. Both night the cable went out, so the front desk did accomidate us and moved us into another room.
