“emergency stay”; Dec 30, 2012 Sharon M, Hot Springs; Arrived back to Little Rock airport Christmas evening to a sleet/snow storm. Not being comfortable driving the 60+ miles home, sought lodging for the nite without a reservation. The poor desk clerk was swamped with drop-in travelers and phone calls, but was cheerful and efficient in getting everyone taken care of. The room seemed to have been recently updated and was clean, comfortable, and warm. I was very grateful for a nice place to stay.
