“Unfortunate”; Dec 29, 2012 Billy S, Cabot; I recently had to use your facility because of snow and no electrictiy. First I booked a king for two smoking only to get there and be told there were not smoking rooms. Which wasn't that big of a deal . I dont smoke but my coworker does so it was an inconvienence for her to smoke out in the cold. Secondly, our bed didnt have a fitted sheet on it. The comforter was horrible and then the next morning to make coffee to find that the coffee pot was filthy was just gross. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.... UNACCEPTABLE and the so called breakfast was not acceptable either. Stale donuts from a grocery store is also unacceptable.
