“It's not bad...”

  , Chambersburg, Pa
I wasn't expecting much from this hotel and that's pretty much what I got. The front desk ladies are funny and helpful. The room was big but definitely outdated. After arriving we decided to take a nap and 10 minutes into the nap somebody burst into the room, snapping off the chain on the door. Apparently, they had left their hat in the room and still had their room key. Maintenence came by an hour later to repair the door. They also had a party going on in the ballroom which music started playing around 5:00 and went on until about 11:00 that night. People from the party were running through and laying in the hallways, so we had to step over them when we wanted to leave. It was pretty loud and the music could be heard very clearly from our room. After the party it carried out into the parking lot where people were heard arguing. Other than that, the bed was pretty comfortable and the TV in the room was nice. We were there for the Eagles/Steelers game and the hotel offered a shuttle to the game for $10/person. I think this was the best part of the stay! The driver, Kenny, dropped us off a few blocks from the stadium and then picked us up after the game. If you get a chance, make sure you catch a ride with him - because he is AWESOME. Very funny and he definitely knows his way around the city. The price is right and it's in a pretty good location! It's nothing fancy, but for one night it wasn't too bad.
