Days Inn Suites Pocahontas

Thank you for staying with us at the Days Inn & Suites. I have spoken with the owner's about upgrading the rooms with microwave/refrigerator combinations, and they are interested in doing so, but at this time I do not have a timeline as to when that will happen. I apologize for the lack of knowledge my front desk staff had on a Days Inn promotion. We have recently hired a large number of new employess due to opening another property in the area. For the most up to date information on all Days Inn promotions, go to www.daysinn.com, and follow the links pertaining to the particular promotion in question. Thats not to say that the front desk staff is not responsible for knowing information on the different promotions, just a tool to assist you beyond the information that the front desk staff may have on that promotion. Thank you for staying with us at the Days Inn & Suites! We are currently using the pool room as a temporary storage room as we continue to remodel the property. We do not want to fill it in yet as we are still hoping that the new regulations will be changed to allow us to operate it again in the future. I have also spoken with owner's several times about including microwave and refrigerator's and they seem like they may be interested in making that upgrade to this property, I just am unsure as to when they would like to implement that plan. We do appreciate you choosing us for your lodging needs while traveling through our area. « hide

I apologize about the pool being shut down, but until the ADA rules are changed regarding pools and hot tubs, we will be unable to reopen this amenity. Thank you for staying with us at the Days Inn & Suites! I do apologize for any inconvenience that may have incurred during your stay with us. Our rack rate on a standard room is $86.00 plus tax, but for only $6.00 more, we do offer king suites with microwave and fridge combo.'s. Also, on February 5th, we did replace all of our two queen rooms with new pillow top mattress's and "triple sheeting" for our bedding. We continue to replace the older "tube" style t.v.'s with 32" flat screen t.v.'s as the old t.v.'s go out. We are looking forward to replacing our king mattress's later this year. Thank you for staying with us at the Days Inn & Suites! I apologize about the issues we were having with the internet. My staff and I were all able to access the internet on our phones and tablets but alot of guests were having issues connecting to the internet. I personally could be connected to the internet but not be able to get a guest in the lobby connected. I worked with a computer networking specialist and we found what seemed to be the problem, a faulty repeater on the 2nd floor which was password protected when the internet itself was not password protected. That since has been removed and seems to be working as it should be. We look forward to seeing you again on your next visit in the area. « hide
