“as far as hospitally goes your front desk person named Sam...”

as far as hospitally goes your front desk person named Sam has it all she really makes you feel like an old friend and she will go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. When I called to make the reversation she is the person I spoke with and I reserved 3 rooms for other family members and she was awesome on the phone with me.I called back and spoke to her again to reserve a fourth room a few days later( on very short notice) and again she was great. The day that we arrived to check in again Sam was the person who got us settled. in short Sam sure Knows How To Wow The Customer with Great Customer Service And I believe she is an asset to the Days Inn. She is a very had worker that really cares.
