“my stay.”

I don't even know where to start. The lobby was under renovation, this would've been useful information as I was traveling with a toddler who didn't need to be exposed to paint fumes. We were not told of the breakfast, nor could we see any indication there was a breakfast available. The room appeared clean but if you looked close you could see the bathroom was in need of a good clean. There was god knows what on the walls, it had a faint smell of urine and the flusher handle on the toilet was broken. The vanity had not been properly cleaned. The carpets had sticky spots. The comforter had pen marks on it.The front desk staff were not dressed professionally and were not professional. I was very offended when they asked for information on my sons medical care. The main areas of the hotel were cold and one more than one occasion we were left standing at the locked front door waiting for the desk clerk to pause their cell phone call long enough to let us in. I wasn't expecting a lot for 65$ a night but I was expecting more than received. When we do go back to the area to complete my sons medical treatment we will not be staying here again.Oh and the was no microwave. I was told at booking there would be a fridge AND microwave.
