“Christmas in Vancouver”

  , Kamloops
When we arrived the only person that smiled and treated us kindly was the oriental lady. The lady at the front desk with the blond hair was very rude and seemed annoyed by checking us in, it's like she hated her job. The room was not too bad and the maid did a good job keeping our room clean. The maid did however rip one of our towels by hanging it up on a hook and threw out one of our tupper ware containers. Maids should not be allowed to touch and throw out personal stuff. Also, we noticed black mold in the washroom, we did keep the window open and the bathroom door closed so we weren't breathing that stuff in. The overweight blond lady was very rude when setting up breakfast and told my husband he would have to come back in 7mins, my husband has diabetes and needed something to eat as he was dizzy and she didn't care she said you will have to come back. We would rethink next time going to Vancouver and staying at the Days Inn. Overall Grouse Mountain, China Town, Granville Island and much more was great! Had a nice time visiting Vancouver
