“expected more”

Well least to say it was quite but the rest of our stay was crappy. First to start, when we arrived at hotel front desk attendants were not helpful and seemed to uneducated they even tryed to charge my cc for the room and accidental charges plus have me pay the room cash up front. Our hotel room smelt like wet dog we were on the fifth floor. We tryed airing it out but nopenope didn'tdidn't help. Then go to unpack as we r there for the weekend to find a dirty Bathroom and hair all over the floor. But that wasn't even the bad part. We go UN to the closer to get the suit case rack and we find a pair of under wear hanging in the closet and old crumpled toilet paper on the ground. This place was not clean at all. Tryed calling Down stairs for assistance but could never get to a person. As we had a busy weekend ahead of us we had no time to wait so off we go. We come back after a long say and evening with a cheer comp to find the emergency door to the fire escape with wide open with a sign saying door will sound alarm if opened. There was no one to be seen. There were a bunch of little kids at the hotel for the cheer comp. That door being open is unsafe I was mad and went down stairs to tell the front desk just in case there was an issue since it's an inerrancy door only and they told me oh some one must have needed air and it's fine and didn't care about my concerns. We asked for a late check out which we got but our keys stopped working so front desk have us new ones but when we got up stairs they didn't work. So without asking us info and checking our room it name a maid we never saw before let us in to a room at about 1230 nice she did but scary that she didn't check if it was our room since it was after check out time and we didn't show her a key. That could have been any ones room and could have stole all the stuff. We never saw her before and she never saw us before no security at all.
