I am glad to hear that our location worked out well for you. We are always working on upgrading things in the hotel. We have recently upgraded all the furniture in the bedrooms, the white granite tops are a great improvement. Since the improved strength of our wifi system six weeks ago, I have not had one guest issue. Now that we have reached our busy summer season we do not work on any major projects, just painting, nothing that will disturb our guests.For our breakfast we serve a complimentary continental breakfast buffet. Thank you for your recent stay with us and thank you for taking the time to write your review. We do not have any cooking facilities in the hotel so we serve a complimentary continental breakfast buffet daily for our guests. This consists of danishes, muffins, bread, bagels, jams, peanut butter, cream cheese, oatmeal, cereals, apples, prunes, coffee, tea and juices. For our guests who prefer a full breakfast there is a reasonably priced restaurant directly across the street called the Tipper. Sean Barrington, Operations Manager. « hide

I am sorry that we were not the correct choice of hotel for this guest. We want all of our guests to feel that they have received good value for choosing to stay with us. We offer our guests reasonably priced accommodations, clean, newly furnished rooms and friendly, knowledgeable service. Our central location gives our guests good access to all that Vancouver has to offer. Public transportation is readily accessible. Thank you for staying with us again, I am glad that our location works out so good for you. We, like most hotels have different types of rooms, with different rates. For ourselves, the next level is five dollars more expensive. If we had one standard room with one queen sized bed available when you ask the first time if we rent it and the next time you ask we only have our deluxe room with two queen sized beds the rate would be twenty dollars higher.
