“I should have paid attention to the other reviews....”

The only positive about this stay was the young man at the desk that evening when we checked out. Otherwise, it was a lousy stay all the way around. We were there for Disneyland and didn't want to get an expensive hotel as we knew we would hardly be there. However, we didn't even get what we paid for! When we arrived, and drug all of our luggage upstairs as there is no elevator, we discovered that on the curtain pull there was a bloody fingerprint. It looked old enough that it was now part of the curtain pull. Over the course of the two days we were there, we discovered another spot of blood on the wall and a spot of blood on the bedspread, proving that it hadn't been washed. I noticed light coming in by the door and we realized the door had been shaved and no longer fit the frame so there was a gap between the door and the frame. The toilet gurgled off and on, for no reason, all night long, the tub drained VERY slowly, the air conditioner was VERY noisy, the internet never worked, the waffles tasted like soap and to top it all off, the mattress was too big for the box spring and so hung over. I felt like I was going to fall off. When taking our stuff out of the room to check out, we were locked out. The excuse given was the door lock system didn't realize about daylight savings time and so they had to reprogram our keys. We checked out in plenty of time and don't computers update with the time change?!?! When trying to tell the "Customer Service" person at the front desk, it was like talking to a wall. She could care less about the issues and just wanted to get us out. When my husband went down to get the keycard reprogrammed, she gave him that excuse. No apologies, no attempt at customer service - nothing. When I tried to tell her the other issues (I went down to check us out after we got everything out of the room) she kept interrupting me and wouldn't let me speak until I got as snippy as she was. She then just said she would let the management know but how she was going to do that when she didn't even bother to write anything down, I don't know.
