“SADLEY ME AND OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS WERE THERE FOR A...”

  , Manteca
Sadley me and other family members were there for a funeral. The rm was very small, but niceand clean. Even though it was winter time, we some how did not need the heat. It was very stuffy and no air flow. We tried to turn the fan on and it didn't work. We all tried to get it to work but could'nt. I called the front desk and he came to our room and turned it on, by the time he got back to the desk it had stopped working. Then all of a sudden it started getting very, very hot in the room we were literely sweating. I called the desk again and he said he did'nt have anyone to send to the room. I told him that I felt like I was going to faint, which was the truth. He said he would come up, which he did and checked it out again. Still could'nt fix it, he just told us sorry I don't know how to fix it and left the room. Is that how you train your staff to treat your customers. Me and my family would have stayed there again until this happen to us. I told him nicely that if he could'nt fix then he should compensate us for the sauna we didn't ask for. His response was silent and walked out of our room like as if he didn't hear me.
