Staff were cordial. Some problems with some guests but the manager addressed it to our satisfaction. The largest issue was the price, paying $189.00 a night due to memorial day. The room estimated value was $65.00 based on quality and size. That, I would not do again having now seen the property. The staff were helpful. On one day the cleaning people did not get in to clean the room. When I asked it be done, I was told they were gone for the day. The fact that they missed our room was their problem but they made it ours. Were I the manager the staff would have been called back to complete the cleaning, or as the manager, I would have done it myself if necessary. I paid the high price per night, but I did feel that the hotel rated at about 2.5 was not worth that price. To that, I think they were simply maximizing the holiday advantage. That is not good for return business.
