“Maid service”

I feel that since we reserved 4 nights, we got less than a person that stays only one night. You would expect that since we like this specific hotel (which we have stayed at before) and we paid for 4 nights we would have really good maid service. Our room didn't get vacuumed during our whole stay (I do better than that at home)! We on our second day which was Oct. 23, 2012, we didn't get ANY drinking cups, when I called the front office the lady attending the counter (which was 8:45 P.M ) said "you'll have to come get them from the office". No explantions NOTHING! I said " well that stinks", her sarcastic comment was "umhm". When my husband and I drove up to get them my husband said " no wonder she can't take care of customers she is too busy talking away with that male person", who was not a customer. The rest of the staff there was excellent and deserves recognition. But maid service needs improvement especially to the customers that stay longer than a day.... because WE are the ones that provide them job security. Staff was great at the check-in and check out. Thank you
