“Disappointed”

Arrival:1st my spouse is handicapped and we requested a room close to handicapped parking we were provided a room on the other side of handicapped parking. The parking lot is tiny even the handicapped parking was a very tight fit for an average size vehicle. Room:Carpets were very dirty with cake crumbs and visible dirt and dust all around Fuzzy dust behind the doors all around the furniture. The walls had stains and poorly repaired holes in the walls.Large rrom with 2 Queen beds. There was rollaway bed in the desk area making the desk unuseable - the mattress of rollaway bed was horrible I didn't need to use it but if I did I would have requested 30 sheets to cover it. Bathroom was small but clean There were rust stains in the sink and what appeared to be left black whisker trimmings. The appliances were unplugged and when refriderator never cooled and made horrible noise Microwave never worked. I could write a note in the dust that was in and around by the tv and appliances. Amenities:The pool /spa hours were ridiculous and the the pool is tiny more like a large bathtub. My husband is a disabled Veteran (handicapped) and when asked if could use spa was told only at 7 p.m. one of the reasons I booked here was because there was swimming pool and spa advertised. - Breakfast was waffels 1 iron and doughnuts (day olds) milk was in an open pitcher and juice was mostly watered down powdered something and cereal was tastey o's and stale good thing there was a Carls Jr, across the road. OtherThere were mattresses in the parking area against the wall don't know if they were getting rid of them or airing them out but was very unappealing to customer view.Valuefor 100.00 a night total cost this was a very shotty place to stay - I do not reccomend this hotel - perhaps if the cost was 19.99 per night it would be worth it.
