“Awful! Don't stay here!”

This was by far, the WORST Days Inn I have ever stayed at!!!. In my opinion, everything I saw, needed updating -- except the b'fast room, which had decent tables/chairs. The breakfast consisted of biscuits/gravy and scrambled eggs, eggs & gravy were watered down, had to ask for refills as they only put about a quart of milk out at a time. Even the orange juice from the fountain was watered down! The beds were worn out and low to the floor, pillows were wads of I don't know what!!!, I wouldn't even call them a pillow. Room had slow shower drain and NO toiletries -- I stayed in an inside corridor room and all during the night, the two access doors on each end, were swinging open and BANGING! with people coming and going. These doors needed a closer on them. To top it all off, THESE DOORS WERE OPEN TO ANYONE!!! THE BOSTON STRANGLER COULD OF WALKED IN. What is up with the doors only being open with a access card??? Don't waste your money, go down the road and spend another $25 and get a decent place. When I checked out, and told the clerk -- she just looked 'dumb-founded at me' The heating unit sounded like a jet engine -- will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!! Clerk also tried to overcharge me when checking in, said price was around $60 and then when I showed her the coupon book I picked up at a rest stop, she changed her tune to around $48. Shame on her!!!! fool me once, will not fool me twice! I have stayed at Red Roof Inn's that were nicer and cheaper! Shame, Shame on you, you need to update this hotel --- DON'T throw your money away - go elsewhere.
