“Average Stay”

I stayed one night. It was an average stay.The staff wasn't friendly.When I walked into the hotel the front desk clerk was on the phone for at least 3 minutes. I was standing in front of her she didnt smile at me and say she would be with me or anything, her was on whomever she was talking to on the phone. So I tried to make light of the situation by entertaining myself when she got off the phone I asked her where was a restroom and when she told me I laughed and told her I was only joking I was there to check in. The room I had was a priceline room though I had purchased my room through daysinn.com.I had just signed up for the rewards program. I thought I wouldve gotten a rewards member room but instead I got a priceline room.The chairs were dirty. The ac in the room need to be updated. There is no way to set a temperature it's just off and on technically. One of the towels in my room was dirty. When I got ready to check I was walking past the breakfast and I grabbed some fruit as I approached the counter the front desk clerk and housekeeper were talking but then they stopped and just stared at me so I broke the ice by smiling and saying good morning I'm checking out. I realize the overall price of this hotel is cheaper than most, but I will pay $100 extra for the customer service to be better.
