“Worst service ever”

  , Austin
This was advertises as sea view but the view from the room was the roofs of the office and a 4 lane divided highway. I thought I could safely walk to be beach but that is not the case.No one was ever at the front desk, you only had to stand and wait a few minutes but during busy times it seemed no one was there to help. At breakfast there was a bowl of rotten apples on the buffet. No staff was taking care of breakfast so I went to the front desk to ask if there were more apples and informed the employee that no apples are better than a bowl of rotten apples - she came and removed the apples. A staff member came and got the last 1/2 cup coffee about 45 minutes before the breakfast buffet was closed. No more coffee was made and no one came to check on the buffet until they came to put the last items away. Many people came to get coffee and other items that were already depleted. I walked into the front office to request more coffee but I must not have stood there long enough to get some one to come out of the back to help me. I am sorry but I do not remember what the room was like as we spent over 2 weeks on the road. We stayed in some cheap hotels, I really do not mine just a place to sleep and eat a light breakfast, but this was the worst.
