The rooms in the upper parking lot you mentioned will be renovated during phase two which is scheduled in the fall of this year. Currently we are in phase one of the renovation which includes 26 rooms, the lobby, breakfast area and front desk. I apologized you didn't realize we were under renovation when you made your reservation. We have "under renovation" tags on all of our websites.The lobby, front desk and breakfast are under renovation at this time. We are also upgrading 26 during this phase one of the renovation with a completion date of July.
