“Good value for the money”; Feb 21, 2013 Karen A, Oakland; I have been staying here for years. I come with our swim team every year. It is within easy walking distance of downtown Santa Cruz and about a 10 minute walk to the boardwalk. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows perfect. There is a fridge and a microwave, plus a coffee maker. I looked for other places that were as cheap but couldn't find any.Breakfast is OK, there is a waffle maker and cereals, plus fruit and juice and coffee.There is a pool and hottub. It is a good place for a family or a single.
