“Good Value & Location”

Keep an eye out - the Days Inn sign is on Matilda, where there is no entrance, and the sign at the hotel address by the entrance says Sundowner. This property is updated, with simulated wood flooring instead of carpet, with everything clean and well maintained. The only issue I had was that the lights in the bathroom are motion-sensor controlled, and the timing was set too short because each time I took a shower, the lights in the bathroom went off before I was done, because I wasn't passing in front of the light switch to create motion. Luckily there was a window in the bathroom so I wasn't in complete darkness in the morning, but this could really be a problem. I reported this to the front desk, so hopefully they've made an adjustment! When I arrived, the system showed my reservation had been cancelled, but I had not changed it. It took a while, but the desk clerk investigated and finally found my original reservation, giving me the bookings.com price I had reserved. She went ahead and checked me in, calling my room to follow-up, which I appreciated.
