I'm so sorry that your experience with us was not a good one due to other guests or visitors. Please note that we have a very strict policy that we enfore and the kind of activity you described it not allowed. If reported to the front desk, we would take immediate action and remove from the premises any such individual. To prevent late night traffic, we also enfore a strict policy of no visitors between 9pm and 9am. We have staff on site 24/7 to ensure these policies are strictly enforced. We will use these in our ongoing training which I will personally follow up in to ensure all rooms are up to the high Days Inn Standard. Cleanliness issues are unacceptable and we recently hired some new housekeepers and are retraining existing housekeepers to snure this does not occur again. Dear Guest, since your stay with us in early February, we have recently hired some new housekeepers and re-trained existing housekeepers, as well as replaced many of the linens and towels. In addition we have recently purchased many new bed sets to make your future stays with us more comfortable. There is no excuse for housekeeping issues and I will personally be working closely with our head housekeeper and other staff to ensure this does not occur again. I have personally discussed this with the housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure this does not occur again and I will continue to follow up. We have just replaced much of the towels and linens as well as many new mattress and box spring sets for the comfort of our future guests. I'm sorry the people in a room close to you were in and out a lot, it seems they were perhaps overly loud, inconsiderate of others.Our policy for this kind of unacceptable behavior is to give one warning to the problem guests before we ask them to leave and not return.Our goal is to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, so please let us know at the front desk if we can do anything to make your stay more comfortable next time.Thank you for staying with us, and we look forward to seeing you again. « hide

Thanks for the comments, we appreciate them very much. Although Turlock has many agricultural areas, which seems to cause a fly problem, We are working hard to eliminate flies such as spraying outdoor trash cans to eliminate this problem. We have also changed out some housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are cleaned to the highest standard, as well as asking the housekeepers to keep doors closed while they're servicing a room, which will help prevent flies entering the room. In addition, the head housekeeper and management check rooms on a daily basis, this ensures Days Inn high standards are met, and the room is clean and comfortable for each and every guest.
