“in town for Equal Footing Seminar at Northcentral Tech College”; Dec 03, 2012 Scott J, Black River Falls; Everyone I dealt with at your 17th St location in Wausau was very friendly and helpful.I want to especially commend Dave for his exceptional customer service: advised on room rate deal, gave out coupon for discount on steakhouse meal, provide a shaver when I forgot one. Finally, he followed up in a suggestion I had made regarding an icy patch needing some salt outside the side door entrance-- for falls prevention. He could teach a course in providing good customer service. Thanks, Dave, and Days Inn! Scott
