“Very uncomfortable beds and scratchy sheets, we got locked...”; Dec 02, 2012 Morgan D, Rocklin; Very uncomfortable beds and scratchy sheets, we got locked out of our room several times because the key card reader quit working. The lady at the front desk was not customer oriented AT ALL and basically glared at me while checking in and out. I did not feel welcomed at all. Would NOT recommend or stay again.
