“Terrible experience”

  , Elizabeth City
I made my reservations online and requested a Handicapped room with 2 queen beds. When arrived I was told there were no Handicap rooms available even though my reservation had been confirmed. I was then told there was only one Handicap room at the Motel and it did not contain queen beds. I was then given the same room I had last year when I stayed there. The door would not open without you kicking the hell out of it, the clock did not work and apparently had not worked for the past year. My Son had made the trip with me and he was staying with his Brother and his Wife. They had came to the Motel room and since it was a No Smoking room had stopped to smoke outside. The Motel Owner called my room and wanted to know if someone was smoking in my room and how many persons were there. I feel this was none of his business as long as I had paid for the room. The breakfast consisted of really hard biscuits, stale bread, donuts that were so hard they would break your teeth and the coffee was terrible. I had stayed there for the past 3 years when I would visit my Son but I WLL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN.
