“Numerous Problems at this Hotel”

I checked into this hotel at night. Check-in was done at a drive up window. All of the lobby doors were locked except the north entrance. The hotel only offers rooms with outside access doors. When I entered my room and turned on the light, cockroaches ran across the dresser. I asked to be put in another room and was given an upstairs room. This room had spiders, hair on the yellowed pillows with no pillowcases, and hair in the bathroom. A loud pump ran on and off all night. The next morning, I went to the lobby for breakfast. The juice was brown and the rolls looked rancid. There was no protien for breakfast. The lobby area had a strange smell. I told the person at the front desk about the problems. I was told I would receive additional rewards points but those points have not showed up on my rewards card.
