“Terrible sleep”

Hello,My name is Adam Dunn, My girlfriend Courtney Reid and I had recently stayed at your hotel from Feb. 17th-18th. This was arranged as a nice little getaway for my girlfriend and I. When we originally booked the hotel online, it indicated that you had accommodations such as a swimming pool and huttub with a continental breskfast. The Breskfeat was great, no complaints however, when we arrived to your hotel, the pool was currently being renovated which we were prepared to have a swim and relax. I completely understand renovations need to be done but we would have appreciated it more so if we knew this wasn't available to us ahead of time. Everything about the hotel was okay, the rooms were a nice size, fairly clean but my absolute biggest complaint was the two hour long car alarm that had gone off starting at 4:45am. Again, I understand things happen but having it go off for two hours straight was not pleasing. After about 20-30 mins. I then gave up and went downstairs to your front desk and asked if they were aware of the situation (which they were) and nothing still was dealt with until 6:40am. When we checked in the day before, we had to give our info regarding our vehicle with description and License plate number as should everyone at the hotel but they gentlemen at the front said there were no records showing of this vehicle registered. In my mind, I would have towed it away myself. Because of this, I didn't get any sleep and made the rest of my day very unsatifying. After that experience, it will be very tough for my to think about staying with the Days Inn hotel.Thank youAdam Dunn
