“The hotel is very convenient to Universal Orlando and we...”

The hotel is very convenient to Universal Orlando and we thought very reasonable, which was the primary reason for chosing to stay there. Upon our arrival, the room safes (there were two in the room) were not operating. We quickly made the staff aware and was promised a repair by the next morning. The repair was never made, nor were we ever informed as to the status of the repair. After our stay, I reviewed my credit card statement only to find that we had been overcharged. We had checked out in person and received a final bill which was 25% less than what our credit card was charged (there was no mini bar in the room). We called the hotel looking for an explanation, but was told we would have to call back and they had no idea. Waiting for an explanation and if not received in prompt order, we have to take this up with our credit card company. PS - I will not even begin to describe how disgusted we were with the well used bandage on the night stand.
