“We were disappointed to arrive at the this hotels to find...”

We were disappointed to arrive at the this hotels to find that the room we reserved was not the room we received. We booked a room with a jacuzzi tub and two queen beds on Daysinn.com. The hotel told us that they didn't have a room with a jacuzzi tub and two queen beds. They gave us a cot for our 6' 2" tall adult son to use. The jacuzzi had few jets and the faucet did not work properly. The bathroom had broken tiles on the floor and the hair drier did not work, it was burnt up and melted. The walls in the hall way were scuffed up and in need of repair. There was only one plug in the bathroom and the there is no counter room in the bathroom to set things down while getting ready the only spot to set anything was the back of the toilet. There were no juice cups, for breakfast and we had to use coffee cups for juice. I mentioned the problems to the manager when leaving and he told me I should have told them about the problems sooner and that I should contact daysinn.com about the reservation problem. Never taking responsibility for the problem. He offered us a discount if we stay there again. With a Wyndham hotel I would have expected better quality. Several of the problem could not be fixed without someone coming into the room to do major repairs. When on vacation I don't think you should have to make a list of items to be fixed after I arrive, a quality hotel should check out the room before we arrive. The problems with this hotel are not new, this appears to be a property that is being allowed to fall into disrepair.
