I am very sorry that you thought the hotel was not very clean. We are working on cleaning the hotel up and we are seeing improvements. Unfortunately, some people smoke in non-smoking rooms, and we do the best to spray them out afterwards and if reported soon enough we do ask whoever is smoking in the non-smoking rooms to move up to the smoking floor. Please come back to see the improvements we are making and to give us a second chance! « hide

I am sorry that you noticed domestic disturbances, whenever a situation such as that occurs we do move it off the property as we do have families and other guests in the hotel.
