“eat breakfast early”

  , Haxtun
Loved that this was newer hotel, the furniture was all attractive. The rooms were small but clean. Bath room was really a 1 butt room, shower was great and quick with the hot water. Had a micro and fridge. Only they were hooked to a power strip, that I did not realize that it was not turned on until morning. Bed was very comfortable, linens clean and soft. Multi channels on TV and free wifi. Also they said free local and long distance, did not check that out. We went to eat breakfast at 7:30 am and the biscuits were all gone and so was the oatmeal. They had lots of fresh fruit, cereal, some little omelets . Desk clerk was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Right now I think there are a lot of oil field, and construction people filling up the hotels. I liked that this was removed from the main road so was very quiet re: road noise. Walls a little thin so you did hear hall conversations, but it was quiet early evening. Great dining area, multiple tables and chairs and very well lit. Free local newspaper and USA today. I would recommend this as overall it was a fairly good experience for a one night stay.
