“1 night stay CRAP”

I was on my way friday night April 5th to Vegas to pick up my daughter from her Spring Break vacation with her grandmother. Well there was a pretty bad snow storm going on so I wound up stopping for ther night. I logged on line & found you had a room for $65. I went to the hotel & asked the desk clerk if I could get that rate or if i had to finalize it online thru their site. He told me no problem I can do that for you. The room rate will be $65 plus taxes & fes so it came to $75.00 some change. That was great considering it was like 10 pm at night when i got there. When i checked I was told all was good & was given no receipt. Well I logged onto my bank account & saw that I was charged $94.62. I dont understand how all of the sudden there is an extra $20 added to my bill??? I did not make any phone calls, I did not order any extras. I was barely there 8 hours. I was up at 6 & checked out. I am very disappointed & feel that I was not given a receipt so that I could be charged more without knowing until after the fact when i check my account. Upon checking in i told the night clerk that my fridge in my room was on the blitz & hot inside so I could not even utilize that to keep my food cold that i had for my road trip. He did offer to send someone to fix it or switch it out but i told him it was not a big deal I just didnt want to get charged for it not working. I also was unable to take a relaxing bath which is what i needed after being stuck on the highway for so long because of the snow. The bath plug was out of the tub & on the side of it. Needless to say there were several little things wrong with the room, that normally i would of asked to be fixed but i was so tired i just didnt care. I wanted to go to sleep. But now to find that on top of all those little things I have been charged an extra $20 just infuriates me. I would like a call & i want a refund for the overages this is ridiculous.
