Dear Lora Wolfskill,There is usually a hold for incidentials on credit cards and debit cards. It sounds to me like you paid with a debit card which for many banks, they don't adjust to the real rate of about $75 until a few business days later, depending on your bank. I am not at the hotel right now but I will double check your bill first thing tomorrow morning and make sure this is the case. I will give you a call tomorrow. Thank you for your concern. « hide

Dear Douglas H,Thank you for your concerns. We are one of the lowest priced hotels in Summit County. We have been updating and continually doing so. There were never garage doors on the carports, but we have been using them as storage for our rennovations. We got your Ipad out to you today, therefore you should be getting it in a few days. « hide

We had recently updated the air conditioner/heating system. These are only 1-2 years old. They are wall units therefore some noise do come from them. Please let us know about the noise. We could always unplug the refrigerator and whatever else that makes noise in the room. « hide

I am sorry about your experience at our hotel. I'm sorry that guests were loud in the room. It sounds like we were full that night, otherwise we could have happily moved you rooms. Usually the rooms without a joining room are quieter. « hide

Thank you for your response. We are one of the lower priced hotels. We are continually updating the hotel every year. It is not completely updated but a lot of it has been, therefore, that is why we continue to offer lower prices. « hide

Dear Guest,I am sorry to hear that you had a less than pleasant stay at our hotel. Thank you for your concerns. We do allow pets, which do most all hotels in the area. I'm not sure why there would be dog hair on the luggage cart, but we clean those when we notice it is dirty. I'm sorry that did not happen when you checked in. I'm sorry that there was so much noise. When we are busy, there tend to be many children around. We do have pillow top mattresses, which some people do like and some don't. Each hotel does have different mattresses and I'm sorry that ours was not comfortable. « hide
