I liked the location of the hotel and that we about it. I had so many problems there. Let start with the room, it was fine but the sink moved around and the shower looked really bad. We had to keep turning the handle just until we got some hot water going. Then the parking was beyond unbearable. Im disabled and every night someone without a handicapped plate or sicker was parked there. I complained to the front desk and the security officer on duty. I was basically told that there wasn't anything they could do about it. The only sign that was showing the handicap parking was the one on the ground. So I ended up having to park either on the street or at the end of the parking lot, except on Saturday night since there wasn't any parking on the street or lot the security guard had me to park in line of the exits to keep cars from coming in and out from that area of the lot because the manager wanted that way. It was so many people coming in and out of the lobby that I couldn't get throw. In fact one person almost knocked me off my cane. Then there was so much weed smoking and grown people running in the halls that i couldn't sleep. Lastly, I was quoted one price per night but when I checked out it ended up being something a bit higher. The gentleman that checked me in was so nice but the rest didn't do a good job. Example, I had to ask them to put towels in the room on Friday but then on Saturday the took all the towels except for 1 small and 2 hand towels. We got up on Sunday to take showed and I ended up not being able to because my daughter had already take one and asked me to go downstairs to get a big towel but I was told that they didn't have any and that I would have to wait till the clamoring crew came to work. Which was another 30+ minutes before they came in. So its date to say I would never give a good report of this hotel.
