“Driving to our new home.”

The Front desk people were wonderful. The next morning the young lady who was the server for breakfast was very rude. She really needs to look for a new job. I had asked for a cup of coffee and she said you get it your self. Not our coffee is self serve and you may help yoursef,it is right over there. Then I had asked for another orange juice and she said you have to pay for it, it's not free. Instead she should have said, I'm sorry we only give you one cup of juice with the breakfast. If you would like an additional one, it will cost this much. Then there were two men who walked in and she said gave them the breakfast menu that you can choose from with the blue tickets.. She went to get their order and then she asked for their blue tickets and they had no clue what she was talking about??? She said in her very rude voice to them, DID YOU STAY HERE?? And they said no, she pulls the menu from them and said well then you have to order from this other menu. Suggestion, maybe she should ask customer's for their blue tickets before they sit down and let them know that the coffee is self serve. Just a thought maybe she should look for a different job, if she is so unhappy. Most of your customer's are traveling and when they get up and come in for the breakfast, they would like to be greated with a friendly smile and by someone who is friendly. THAT SHE WAS NOT !!!
