Stayed at this hotel for 6 weeks, hotel is good but the finish of the hotel I would call rough especially for a newer hotel. Hotel staff was great and room was kept clean. Bed was good. Overall a good place to stay for a few days or over the weekend just don't worry about the fit and finish of the hotel. The main problem I had is that it snowed a good 18-24 inches and they never cleaned off the parking lot, never shovelled the sidewalks, you were walking in the deep snow in and out of the hotel a good week after the snow fell. Not a big deal for me but I'm sure some guests would not like that. They finally cleaned off the parking lot once most of the snow had melted 10 days later. Then it snowed again and the same thing happened. Good thing was the staff was good and lots of parking (in comparison with other Grande Prairie hotels). Price was good value also in comparisons. I would stay here again for 1-2 nights but for an extended stay, I would go somewhere else. Another thing that was annoying, they don't have pumps recirculating the hot water throughout the hotel so when you took a shower, you waited several minutes before hot water would make it to the tap (what a waste of water). Also would smell cigarette smoke in my room (I suspect that was due to smokers smoking in non smoking rooms.
