“Did not recive what was reserved!!”; Feb 27, 2013 A Tripadvisor Member, Hartford, Connecticut, Usa; Reserved a Queen bed Room.......Received only a room with one double...was told to come back in 2 hours if I really wanted a Queen!! Desk Clerk at checkin was most inattentive and unfriendly...she would not address our reservation in anything less than a most annoyed manor??
