“room surprisingly nice given condition of lobby”

room was fine, quiet, elevators not too smelly. consalva or gonzalez, couldnt understand her mumbling, the front desk lady, said that my room was sold to another person when i came to check in. i had a 2 day reservation with check in after 3pm. i arrived about 15 hours after 3pm to check in after driving through the night, wanting nothing more than to sleep in the room that i reserved and paid for online with my credit card. the lady at the desk said sorry we are overbooked we sold your room to somebody else come back after 3 today to check in. she was no help. i called the 800 number to complain and slept in my car. get a call back from guy at the hotel saying sorry, the front desk lady was wrong, and there was actually 2 rooms available when i attempted to check in earlier. what a slap in the face. he apologized and i told him i wasnt paying for the first night and i would see him "after 3" to check in for my second night. result? facility ok. staff sucks.also, ridiculous construciton going on all around this place, its hard to find if you are not familiar with the area.
