Really disappointed. I asked for a room with a disabled-friendly shower, and the floor was so slippery from the build up of cleaning product it I nearly fell. I expected a suite with two adults in separate rooms would each have a tv., there was only one. No fridge, no microwave, one toilet and no towel bars, hooks or rack. The towels had to be stacked on the floor in the bathroom. I had to plug in an O2 concentrator & a nebulizer by the bed; the only outlet was covered up by the bed. The sheets were cheap& ill-fitting. The A.C. made a racket. When I called the front desk to ask for a couple extra pillows I got a third degree about what I wanted them for and very hard time about it from an uncouth young lady. The toilet stopped up. ( I fixed it.) Half the walls are bare, the desk & tables decorated with plastic flowers, the carpet old & filthy with stains & thin like a super-cheap motel room carpet. The tv. got about 8 channels. I'm trying but I can't think of anything good to report and the 2 nights cost almost $300.
